Our dedicated team comprises of competent people with extensive knowledge and experience. Our professionalism and expertise help us to service our clients to their satisfaction. Some of the key members of our firm are:

K. Ramanan

Founding partner Sri K. Ramanan qualified as a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and qualified as a CA in the year 1977. After serving for 5 years in Larsen and Toubro as senior accounts officer, he moved to Malaysia to serve in India Malaysia Textile Berhard as General Manager Finance. He started his audit practice in the year 1983 and over the last 40 years in practice he has served numerous individuals and companies in their audit, tax compliance and company secretarial requirements. He specializes in internal audits, taxation compliance and advisory.

R. Ajoy

Ajoy Ramanan qualified as a chartered accountant in 2005. Post qualification he spent close to 7 years in Singapore in varied roles in audit with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC') and in few other commercial finance roles. In 2012, he pursued an MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology ('HKUST'). Post his MBA he served in progressive finance roles with The Executive Centre ('TEC'), a Hong Kong based premium multinational real estate serviced office provider. Having served as Director Finance, he returned to India in June 2023 after close to 9 years with TEC to join his father in practise. Ajoy is also a member of CIMA (UK), CGMA (US) and CPA Australia.

CA Sindhu Bhargavi

CA Sindhu Bhargavi qualified as a chartered accountant in 2010 and has been in independent practise post qualification. She specialises in direct tax, internal audits and controls. She has been working with K. Ramanan and Co for more than 3 years and manages all internal audit assignments.

CA S. Sunderam

CA S Sunderam is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been working with K. Ramanan and Co for more than 3 years. He specialises in both direct and indirect tax compliances. Currently he manages all indirect tax return filings filings, compliances, notices and appeals for many of K. Ramanan and Co customers.

We also have a team of trained and competent article clerks and support staff to assist in all accounting, audit, tax and compliance matters.

CA M. Inbaraj

CA Inbaraj specializes in internal audit, income tax and audits. Prior to commencing his practice he worked for 2 years in S.R.Batliboi & Co (a firm associated with Ernst & Young LLP), followed by a year in Poddar Pigments Limited. He later worked for a year in K. Ramanan & Co before starting his own individual practise.

CS Shiv prasad Padhe

CS Shiv prasad Padhe specialises in company law and all company secretarial matters including incorporation, management, share transfers of closely held companies, winding up procedures of companies/LLPs & partnerships and all other company secretarial matters.
